In response to the article in last month's issue of St George's News concerning the unnecessary testing of products on animals, I am very pleased to hear that Procter & Gamble have reduced their animal testing by 85%. However, my admiration goes to the small number of manufacturers, health stores and shops like The Body Shop who go all the way! I buy my products from these stores because they commit themselves to a policy which is 100% against the unnecessary animal testing, including not only the product itself but also the products' ingredients. I await the day when Procter & Gamble and other companies like them are 100% against animal testing too.
