Poor old bloke couldn't see the joke. That was how the old song put it, but when Larry Pickering went on retreat he had time to reflect on the Acts of the Apostles. He came to the conclusion that not every experience could have been recorded, so he decided that there were not a lot of laughs in the text, yet some situations lent themselves to cartoons. The result was a series with Larry's brand of humour, but you too will not get the joke unless you go back to the Bible. The reference is given, so blow the dust off the good book and look it up.
