The Fête is on Saturday 19th June. Please return raffle ticket stubs and cash as you go along. This saves work on the day itself. We have booked the assault course again, so we need lots of offers to help man this activity. (For safety and security we need three minimum the whole time). We are hoping to have the maypole dancers again. Some ideas how you can help: 1) If you cannot be there, make a donation 2) Take raffle tickets and sell them to friends (and enemies, too!) First prize is £100. 3) Make a promise to Margaret Deal that you will bake a cake for the Ladies' Group stall. Generally they run out long before the end of the Fête. Cakes are always popular and a money spinner; 4) Look out some unused but unwanted presents and knick-knacks for the raffle and tombola; 5) Put a bottle or two in the bin for the Super Bottle Stall; 6) Think about the procession - theme: Robin Hood.
