Aunty Peg's Chocolate Cake

All in one method:

5oz. self raising flour
6oz. soft margarine
3 large eggs
6oz sugar
3oz drinking chocolate (not cocoa!)
3 tablespoons boiling water

Mix all ingredients together, slowly at first, then beat well for two minutes.Turn into two 8 inch tins, greased and lined with greaseproof paper. Bake at Gas 4, 160 degrees C for about 25 to 30 minutes until skewer comes out clean. Can also be baked in a loaf tin for about one hour. Sandwich together and ice as desired.
