St George's Ladies Group

Our first January meeting did not go as planned, this was due to our advertised speaker being unable to attend. So plan B was put into action, this meant that we had to use our brains competing in quizzes etc, in fact an evening of fun and laughter.

Our second meeting on 25th was a “Cheese and Wine, plus Auction” evening which was very well supported. Once again Dianne Woolgar did an excellent job as Auctioneer and a grand total of £150 was raised towards our charity of the year which is the Rocky Appeal. A big “thank you” to all members who contributed so generously to this worthy cause.
