Walsingham Pilgrimage 2008

This year some of our pilgrims were invited to take part in the services at Walsingham. On the Saturday evening, Candy Williams and Lesley Handy carried processional candles whilst Dick Handy was crucifer and led the hundreds of pilgrims around the Shrine Gardens. On the Sunday afternoon procession of the Blessed Sacrament, Fr. Mike was invited to preside and carry the Sacrament, followed by giving Benediction to round off the pilgrimage weekend.

Pilgrims from St. Faith's Church, Havant and St. Alban's Church, West Leigh, were also involved, which meant that our party of 33 was well represented.
