What a great week the Waterlooville Music Festival 2010 turned out to be with over 50 concerts in just 8 days. Nearly 3,500 people came to St. George’s Church for the "fixed" concerts and clearly many more attended Market Place Music around the town on the first Saturday.  This number is up on 2009 and indicates that the mix of concerts proves to be an attraction. The Festival’s aims are to increase the amount of live music in Waterlooville and to raise the profile of St. George’s Church. The numbers attending show that both these aims have been met.  

 Thanks to everyone for your support in making the Festival such a great success. The dates for next year are June 11th to 19th, and already the programme of concerts is being prepared.  I hope you will feel able to assist us then.  Here’s to the next one!
