Fr. John Dickson has left the parish of  our link church St. Mary’s Axim in Ghana as of the 1st of March 2011.  Sunday the 27th of February was his sending off service.  He is now moving to be priest assisting at St. Mark’s Essikadu (Crofton’s link) with responsibility for the outstations of Ketan and Adiembra. Fr Dickson is 68 and wants to prepare for his retirement in a couple of years so he has moved to a house he owns near Ketan and will take over the outstations from Fr John Wilson Siebu, who has had to give up parish duties because of poor health. 

  The new priest at St Mary’s Axim is Fr Samuel Benjamin Ghartey.
