Waterlooville Regeneration

Here are some photos of Waterlooville Town Centre in its course of transformation. The area is really starting to look better. The scaffolding has come down on some of the buildings so it really is starting to look regenerated!!

We need to thank our local councillors for the work they have been doing behind the scenes to keep the pressure on to get things moving in Waterlooville, especially Councillor Gwen Robinson who has been working extremely hard for our town over the past few years.

A  reminder that the next Community meeting is on Wednesday 8 January at 7pm in the Waterlooville Community Centre. Make sure you have it in your diaries. We must not let the powers that be think Waterlooville residents are no longer interested!!

There were crowds of visitors out in Waterlooville Precinct on the evening of November 28th, for the switching on of the Christmas lights.

Then on Saturday 30th, a fabulous Christmas Market stretched the length of the Precinct, with attractions for the children such as the colourful roundabout pictured (right).

All organised by the Waterlooville Community Events group.
