I think a lot of people have concentrated on their gardens (if they are lucky enough to have them!) during this pandemic.
We started much earlier than normal mowing the lawns in March!
Our flowering shrubs have been beautiful, no doubt encouraged by the wonderful weather, the eight butts of rainwater help too.
I’ve had far too many lettuces, as always. They grow so well but are far too small to count out, thus sprinkling them in seed trays always produces more than you think you’ve put in! Luckily Tony and I love salads.

They soon sprout and can then be sown in seed trays. Magic!
We have painted all the cabins and fence panels, cut down a few fruit trees and spent time on the stones in the patio. Everything looks so neat.
We are now waiting for some rain so that we can attack the things that need doing in the house.
Extraordinary days……..
